3. Ticket Purchase & Pricing

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

  • The company is not liable for entry refusal due to non-compliance with event/venue regulations.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with age restrictions or other requirements of the event.

  • Arrive on time; late entry may not be permitted.

7. Company’s Rights & Responsibilities

  • We act as a ticketing platform and are not responsible for the actual event’s content, safety, or schedule.

  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent bookings.

  • We are not liable for technical issues, internet outages, or payment gateway errors beyond our control.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage at the event venue.

  • We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics).

9. Intellectual Property
All ticketing platform content, logos, and designs are the property of the company and cannot be used without permission.

10. Privacy
Personal data collected during ticket purchases will be processed as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.

12. Governing Law
